Analyse Estimation Run

All experiments used for a Parameter esitmation run, the antimony version of the model (with the best parameter set) and the ParameterResult instance are saved in one folder.

1. Implement visualization for each experiement. If model was fitted to data. show in red. If not in blue
2. Analyse total distance from fitted data and from other data
